Data load

Use Data load to upload and process company data files for the selected company workspace.

Data load is for controlled file-based operations. It is different from creating one product manually and different from configuring a scheduled feed.

What the page is for

Open Company Workspace → Data Integration → Data Load when you need to:

  • upload a prepared data file;
  • run an import workflow available to the company;
  • review the upload history and results;
  • download processing results when the page provides them;
  • identify validation errors before completing a data operation.

The page shows company-facing import options. Application-wide classifiers and administrator-only load types are intentionally not shown in the company workspace.

Before you import products

For product imports, prepare the product model first:

  • choose or create the product-level categories;
  • make sure required attributes exist;
  • make sure category templates and Effective Templates are ready;
  • prepare brand values, product identifiers, units, and dictionary values;
  • verify that the company plan and your permissions allow data load.

If the category template is not ready, the import may create incomplete or invalid products.

Typical import flow

  1. Select the correct company workspace.
  2. Open Data Integration → Data Load.
  3. Choose the supported data-load type.
  4. Upload the prepared file.
  5. Review validation messages and import results.
  6. Fix the file or source data if there are errors.
  7. Complete the import only when the validation result is acceptable.
  8. Use Products overview or Product Quality Report to inspect the loaded products.
